Mr. Matthews is a Mining Engineer and a Chartered Engineer with over 45 years of mining and exploration experience in the mineral industry. He has been a Director of the Company (GBML/REZ) since 2006. He is the founder and past director of several successful TSX companies. Mr. Matthews is formerly a Director of International Minerals Corporation, and was the Founder and President and Director of Kernow Resources & Development Ltd.—a mining exploration company.
